Advance payments (bank transfer or postal transfer) will be shipped within 3 days after payment is confirmed.

Returns Policy
Generally, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or faulty.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us by email within two days of receiving the product. We will cover the shipping costs for returning the defective product, so please return it to us cash on delivery.
Once we receive the product, we will exchange it for an equivalent product or refund the product price.
Please note that we will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges after two days have passed since the product was delivered to you.
