Q.1 How do I cancel or change the reservation date?

The cancellation email will include a cancellation address. Please cancel your current reservation from there and make a new reservation from the available slots. A 4% handling fee will be charged on the total amount.

Cancellations on the day will not be refunded.
Please let us know by email by 6:00 PM the day before your reservation.
①Credit card payment: A 4% fee will be charged.
②Bank transfer: A fee of 660 yen will be charged and the money will be refunded to the designated bank.
Q.2 How to change the number of people
■Change in number of people: If you have additional slots for the number of people you would like to add, please purchase additional tickets.
■If the number of participants decreases or if there are no more slots available, please be sure to contact us by email.
Is it wheelchair accessible?
You can enter the strawberry house, but please note that you must change your shoes inside the house.
Please bring something to wipe the tires.
Please wipe your tires before entering.
Can I just participate in the strawberry picking experience?
This is a special offer from Strawberry Picnic,
You cannot use the facility for just the strawberry picking experience.
Can I bring pets with me?
We kindly ask you to refrain from doing so.
By the way, pets are allowed in the restaurant.
There are also seats available for use.
Can I bring a packed lunch or drink with me?
Please refrain from bringing food or drinks into the strawberry house.
Can I contact you by phone?
There may be times when we are unable to answer the phone.
We recommend contacting us by email.
Responses may be delayed during business hours, but we will respond as soon as possible.
What should I do if I am going to be late for my reservation?
There is no need to contact us, so please drive safely.
You can enjoy it until closing time (4pm).
Can I use a stroller inside the Strawberry House?
Please refrain from using strollers inside the strawberry house.
For passengers with infants and pregnant women,
We will give priority to parking in front of the strawberry house.
Please inform the staff at the park.
